- We accept returns. You can return Unopened, Undamaged, items, in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt and a written request. No Liquid items can be returned. Absolutely No Breast Pumps are allowed to be returned! If there is a problem with your Breast Pump or Pumps you will have to call the manufacturer to use your 1-year warranty! Again this is our policy to safeguard our employees and delivery personnel from transporting devices that have been used or have fluids. Also By contacting the manufacturer they will be able to help you with the issue. All our products are Brand new! Breast Pumps By Elvie are all sealed! If Open you will not be able to return.
2. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
3. There will be a re-stocking fee of 25 percent of your total order or the item that is being sent back.
4. Once an item is returned you will also be responsible for shipping and handling the cost we paid to send you the item. $15.00 – $35.00
5. It can take up to 10-20 business days for your order to be refunded back to your account (after we receive your item) and all the above conditions have been met. We can then release your refund.

If you order a product base on the picture, we will follow our return policy even though we make it very clear next to each product that the picture is for Highlighted purposes only! You need to read the specifications of the product you are ordering.
7. (Overnight Shipping Paid For.) If you pay for overnight shipping and you don’t get your product by the time you paid for it. We will give you 100 percent of your fee back for overnight or 2-day shipping.
